Product Description
This kit carries a full 4K HDMI signal, with audio, up to 120 metres over a single Cat6 cable — useful anywhere the screen sits far from the source and running long, expensive HDMI cable isn't practical.
How it works
The transmitter (TX) plugs into your HDMI source — media player, PC, Blu-ray player, satellite box or signage controller. The receiver (RX) plugs into your 4K TV, projector or monitor at the far end. One Cat6 cable runs point-to-point between the two; there's no network switch in the middle, so it isn't sharing your existing network — it's a dedicated video link. It's plug-and-play, so there's no driver or software setup on either end.
Before you buy, check
- Cable quality: pure-copper Cat6 is required to reach the full 120m; Cat6a is recommended if you want the best performance.
- Run type: this is strictly point-to-point — TX to RX only, with no switch in between.
- Distance to display: measure your actual cable run against the 120m limit before ordering, including any slack for routing.
Typical uses
Large premises where the source equipment sits well away from the screen — stadiums, retail stores, conference centres, classrooms, exhibition displays and digital signage installs.
In the box
One transmitter, one receiver, two power adapters and a user manual.
