CCTV Master is a London-based online shop selling CCTV and security equipment. We sell to anyone: homeowners, small businesses, and installers who buy at retail. Our prices are public and the same for every customer.

Who we sell to

You don't need an account or a trade relationship to buy from us. Consumers, retail buyers and installers all shop the same range at the same published prices, and guest checkout works with any major debit or credit card.

We also have ranges for video door entry and door access control, a Hikvision range, a kit builder for putting together your own system, and a storage calculator. Each product page lists the key specifications so you can check a part suits your setup before you buy.

What we do and don't do

We sell equipment. We don't carry out installations, so fitting is for you or your own installer to arrange. If you're unsure whether a camera will work with a recorder you already have, send us the recorder's model number and we'll check it for you.

How buying works

Browse the shop, add items to your basket and pay by card at checkout. Delivery is a single charge for the whole order, and the delivery page has the details. You can also collect from our London address, but collection can't be chosen at checkout. Ring us first and we'll make sure your order is picked and ready before you travel. Returns and refunds are covered on our returns page.
