How CCTV Master collects, checks and publishes product reviews, and what, if anything, a reviewer is given.

Only people who bought the product from CCTV Master. You can review from the private link we email after your purchase, or from the order in your account once it has been dispatched, so every review comes from a verified purchase.
We never decide who to ask for a review, or when, by how satisfied we think they are, and the request is worded the same for everyone.
We do not hide, delay or edit a review because of its star rating, or because it criticises us or a product.
A review is held for a person to check only when it contains a link, an email address or a phone number, abusive language, or too little text to be useful. We aim to decide a held review within 7 days. We remove or refuse a review only for abuse, spam, personal information or content that is not about the product — never for being negative.
When you review something you bought in an order placed on this website, we email you a single-use code for 5% off your next online order, valid for 14 days.
The code is the same whatever you write and whatever star rating you give. A review written after that offer carries a note on the product page saying the reviewer received a discount code.
Purchases made in person or over the phone are not rewarded, and we never reward reviews left on Google, Trustpilot or any other site.
We may reply publicly under a review. A reply never offers anything in exchange for changing or removing a review.
A review is your opinion, published for other buyers. A complaint is something you want us to put right. You can do either, or both: asking us to fix something never stops you reviewing, and a review does not replace our returns or complaints process.

We may also invite you to review us on Google or Trustpilot. We never copy reviews from other sites, marketplaces included, onto our product pages.
