Acceptance of terms
By using the CCTV Master website and placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits the statutory rights of a consumer. Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.

Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you place the order or receive an acknowledgement.
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable, or we identify a pricing or description error before dispatch, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
Prices and VAT
Prices on this site are shown in GBP and include VAT at 20%. The price you see is the price you pay for the goods.
Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Delivery
Delivery timescales quoted on the site are estimates. Where no date is agreed we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For consumers, ownership and risk pass when you or someone you nominate takes physical possession.
Returns and refunds
Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases, and separate rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Business returns require prior authorisation and may carry a restocking fee.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of the statutory rights of a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from the supply of goods or use of this website.
Where you buy as a business, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email Sales@cctvmaster.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint and tell you how we intend to resolve it.
