Using our site

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use the CCTV Master website or order from us, so please read them before you buy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use our services.

None of these terms take away or limit your legal rights as a consumer. If a term ever clashes with those rights, your rights win.

Your order

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy. The contract is only made once we confirm we’ve dispatched it — not when you order, and not when you get an acknowledgement.

Everything depends on what we have in stock. If an item runs out, or we spot a mistake in a price or description before dispatch, we may turn the order down, and if we do, you’ll get a full refund.

Prices and VAT

Our prices are all in pounds sterling, and they include VAT at 20%. What you see is what you pay for the goods.

You’ll see any delivery charge on its own line before you finish your order. Our prices can change at any time, but a change won’t affect an order we’ve already accepted.

Delivery

The delivery times you see on our site are only estimates. If we haven’t agreed a date with you, we’ll get it to you without undue delay — 30 days after we’ve made the contract at the latest.

The goods become your risk once they’re delivered. If you’re a consumer, ownership and risk pass to you when you, or someone you’ve nominated, physically take hold of them.

Returns and refunds

As a consumer you’ve got 14 days to cancel something you bought at a distance, and on top of that, separate rights when something’s faulty or not as described. A business return has to be approved by us first, it needs to arrive within 14 days of you receiving the goods, and there’s never a restocking fee on it.
