What it costs, when it leaves us, and how to collect — before you reach the card form.
We are at Quill Street, Hanger Lane, London, W5 1DN. Collection is arranged by phone rather than at checkout — call +44 20 7099 1345 and we will confirm the line is picked and waiting before you travel, which saves a wasted journey when something is coming in on the next inbound delivery.
UK mainland delivery is £4.99 per order, and free on orders over £100.00. The charge is applied to the order, not per item, so adding a second camera or a drum of cable does not add a second delivery fee.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on items we hold in stock are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, and at weekends, go out on the next working day.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted individually because the carriers surcharge them. Send us the postcode and the basket and we will confirm the cost before you pay.
Tell us within a reasonable time and we cover the cost of putting it right, including return carriage. You also have 14 days to change your mind on a distance sale for any reason, and 30 days to reject faulty goods — the returns page states both in full.
