Ordering & payment
- Do I need an account to order?
- No — you can check out as a guest with a card. Creating an account lets you track orders, download invoices and reorder faster.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
- Are your prices shown with VAT?
- Prices are shown as displayed on each product page, and the checkout total always states the VAT before you pay.
Delivery & collection
- How much is delivery and when will my order ship?
- Orders placed before the weekday cut-off on items we hold in stock are dispatched the same working day, and delivery is free over the published threshold. The delivery page states the exact charge, the cut-off time and the free-delivery threshold in full. Delivery cost, cut-off and lead times
- Can I collect my order?
- Yes, where we hold a counter. Order online, then call before you travel so we can confirm the order is picked and waiting. The delivery page carries the address and directions. Collection address and directions
Returns & warranty
- Can I return something I ordered?
- Yes. As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and separate rights if goods are faulty. Our returns page explains both, and how to start a return. Returns & refunds
- What happens if an item is faulty?
- Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — depending on timing that means a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will take it from there. Contact support
- Do products come with a warranty?
- Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and are stated on the product page where the manufacturer publishes them. Your statutory rights apply regardless of any warranty.
Products & compatibility
- Will this camera work with my existing recorder?
- Compatibility depends on the technology (analogue HD vs IP) and the brand ecosystem. Each product page lists the key specifications; if you are unsure, send us the model number of your recorder and we will check. Check compatibility
- Do you sell complete kits?
