Product Description
The Tiandy TC-R3104 is a 4-channel PoE NVR that powers and records IP cameras over a single cable per channel — no separate power injectors needed.
What it does
It records up to 4 IP cameras at up to 6MP each, using H.265 (and S+265/H.264/S+264) compression to keep file sizes down without losing detail. Incoming bandwidth is rated at 60 Mb/s, which is the total data the recorder can pull in across all 4 channels at once.
Storage and display
There's room for 1 SATA hard drive, up to 6TB — check your camera count and resolution against your recording retention needs before buying a drive, since higher resolution footage fills storage faster. Output is via HDMI or VGA, so it works with a standard monitor or TV.
Checking compatibility
This is part of Tiandy's Analog Killer series, built for IP cameras rather than analogue ones — confirm any cameras you already own are IP/PoE models before pairing them with this unit. It also supports intelligent video analytics when used with compatible Tiandy cameras.
Remote viewing
You can view footage remotely via the Android/iOS app or a PC browser, using port 3000 or the cloud-based P2P connection — useful for checking in in on a shop or home without being on-site.
Built to run in temperatures from -10°C to 55°C, and compact at 201 × 202 × 43 mm, so it fits in a small cabinet or comms cupboard.
