Product Description
This roller lever micro switch is a compact electromechanical switch designed for position sensing, control circuits and mechanical limit detection. The device features a metal roller lever actuator that allows smooth and reliable triggering when contacted by moving parts such as cams, levers or mechanical assemblies.
The switch uses a single pole double throw (SPDT) contact configuration with three terminals: common (COM), normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC). This allows the device to be integrated into a variety of control circuits where a change of electrical state is required when the actuator is engaged.
Micro switches are widely used in automation equipment, arcade machines, robotics projects and safety interlock systems due to their fast switching response and clear tactile feedback. The internal snap-action mechanism ensures consistent switching behaviour and provides the characteristic click response when the lever is actuated.
The roller lever actuator reduces friction and wear when the switch is repeatedly triggered by moving mechanical parts. This makes it suitable for applications such as limit detection on moving assemblies, door position sensing, machine control panels and hobby electronics projects.
Because of its compact form factor and simple three-terminal wiring, the switch can easily be integrated into low-voltage control circuits and embedded systems where reliable mechanical switching is required.
