Product Description
This is a solid aluminium case for the Raspberry Pi 5, machined by CNC and built to cool the board without a fan.
How the cooling works
There's no fan — the CNC-machined aluminium body itself acts as the heatsink. Heat from the processor and key components conducts out into the case surface and fins, giving silent, fanless operation. That's useful if the board is going inside a cabinet, kiosk or NVR (network video recorder) enclosure alongside other kit, where fan noise or moving parts aren't wanted.
Fit and access
The case is cut specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5's port layout, so you get precision cut-outs for dual micro HDMI, USB, Ethernet and GPIO (general-purpose input/output pins) without dismantling anything to reach them.
Build
It's a full aluminium enclosure with a black anodized finish, aimed at embedded and industrial installations rather than a bare desktop board. The rigid metal body is intended to give better heat dissipation and physical protection than a plastic shell.
What to check before buying
- Confirm you're fitting a Raspberry Pi 5 — the cut-outs and heatsink contact are designed for that board specifically.
- If it's going into a network appliance or edge-computing setup, make sure there's enough airflow around the case for passive cooling to work effectively.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this case need a fan?
No — it's a passive cooling design; the aluminium body itself acts as the heatsink and dissipates heat without a fan.
Will all the Raspberry Pi 5 ports still be accessible?
Yes, the case has precision cut-outs for dual micro HDMI, USB, Ethernet and GPIO access.
What is it made from?
Solid CNC-machined aluminium with a black anodized finish.
Is this suitable for continuous or industrial use?
It's designed for embedded and industrial applications, including edge computing and network appliance installations.
