Product Description
This is an intruder alarm control panel, not a CCTV recorder — the "brain" that monitors your door/window/PIR sensors and triggers the siren and any monitoring alert. It's built for two-area sites (for example a house plus an outbuilding, or two tenancies) that need to arm and disarm separately.
Key specs
- 8 zones as standard, expandable to 24 — start small and add detectors as the site grows.
- 2 areas — lets you split the system so one part can be armed while another stays live.
- 25 user codes — separate codes for family members, staff or keyholders.
- 500-event log, time and date stamped, for reviewing what triggered and when.
- EN-rated switch mode power supply for energy-efficient, stable running.
- Communicates via SmartCom or SmartCom 4G, with remote diagnostics and upload/download through Texecom Cloud.
- Certified to EN50131-1 Grade 3, EN50131-3 Grade 3 and PD6662:2017 Grade 3, Class II — the higher-security grade often specified for insurance or commercial monitoring.
Before you buy
Check that your detectors, keypads and any SmartCom module are Texecom Premier Elite compatible, and that your installer or monitoring provider supports Grade 3 systems, since this affects insurance approval and how the panel is set up.
