What it's for

Ideal for the cable run between an outdoor IP camera or access point and your switch or NVR, especially where that run goes through duct, along a facade, or overhead (catenary). The black PE/LDPE jacket is UV-stabilised and weatherproof, so it's rated for genuine external use rather than indoor-only cable pressed into service outside.
