Product Description
This 2m HDMI cable connects an NVR's HDMI output to a 4K monitor in a control room, with no signal booster needed at that length.
It's HDMI 2.0 Premium High Speed certified, delivering 4K@60Hz (3840x2160) at 4:4:4 chroma, 18Gbps bandwidth and HDR — so an 8MP camera feed shows up uncompressed, with full detail on a UHD screen. Audio runs alongside the picture: it carries 32-channel PCM/Dolby sound, with ARC returning audio to monitoring speakers and CEC handling power sequencing across linked displays.
Build-wise, it uses 28AWG oxygen-free copper conductors with foil-plus-braid triple shielding and gold-plated contacts — shielding that matters when the cable runs near Ethernet switches, PoE injectors or CCTV power supplies in a rack, all of which can introduce interference. The PVC jacket (6–7mm OD) stays flexible enough for cable trays alongside DC pigtails, Cat6 and rack PDUs, and the moulded strain relief is rated for 10,000+ reconnection cycles, useful where operators plug and unplug during incident review.
It's backward compatible with HDMI 1.4, so it'll still carry 1080p@120Hz from an older DVR in a mixed analogue/digital setup. RoHS compliant, and suited to linking Hikvision or Dahua recorders to a 4K screen or video wall.
