What this cable is for
This is a 305m box of external-grade Cat5e cable, built for runs between CCTV cameras, PoE devices, or VoIP phones where the cable has to survive outdoor exposure rather than sit inside trunking indoors.
It's a solid copper, U/UTP construction (no overall screening, no conductor screening) with 24 AWG conductors — eight colour-coded cores twisted into four pairs, wrapped in a black polyethylene (PE) outer sheath. The sheath is metre-marked and printed with part code and DoP (Declaration of Performance) information, which is useful for tracking how much you've used out of the box.
