Product Description
A hands-free way to open a door: wave near the sensor and the button signals your access control system to release the lock — no button surface to touch.
How it works
The panel uses an infrared proximity sensor to detect a hand movement in front of it, then sends a release signal to your door controller, which operates the connected electric or magnetic lock. There's a circular LED ring so you can see at a glance that it's live and where to wave.
Build and fitting
The faceplate is brushed stainless steel in a square design, built for surface mounting with a backplate onto a standard wall box — a straightforward swap if you're replacing an existing exit button. It's intended for indoor use: offices, apartment buildings, schools and similar secure facilities.
What to check before buying
- Confirm your door controller accepts a request-to-exit signal from this type of switch — check its input specification.
- Make sure your electric or magnetic lock is compatible with the controller you're pairing this with.
- Because it's touchless, it suits busy entrances or anywhere reducing shared-surface contact matters.
This is a request-to-exit accessory, not a full access control panel — it works alongside your existing lock and controller rather than replacing them.
