A junction box gives your camera cabling a proper home instead of a mess of tape and connectors dangling under the mount. The EZJC011 is built for exactly that job on EZ-IP dome or bullet camera installs.

What it actually does

It's a wall- or ceiling-fixed enclosure that sits behind or below the camera, holding your cable connectors, power adapter and network termination out of sight. Instead of joints hanging loose at the mount point, everything is contained in one box — tidier to look at and easier to service later if a connection needs checking.

Where it fits

Because it's designed for indoor and outdoor use, you can use the same box on an internal corridor camera or an external wall/soffit run. It works with both dome and bullet cameras, so it's a sensible default to keep on the van rather than sourcing a different box per camera shape.
